for this, You need 2 apps and a rooted 3G phone

THING YOU NEED -
1. A rooted phone.
2. Xorware 2g/3g/4g interface app  -       DOWNLOAD
3. Xorware 2g/3gg/4g switcher app        DOWNLOAD

PROCEDURE-
After successful installation of both the apps 

open Xorware 2g/3g/4g interface app  

now in 2g network mode, Select ' 4G(LTE)'
 
Same in 3g/4g network mode, Select ' 4G(LTE)'
 
Now below Screen Option
select 17 seconds for 'Delay seconds to make network change'

NOW
click on apply and wait to complete the process
after that Switch off ur phone
After 20 minutes Insert JIO sim and after 10 more minutes Switch ON ur phone.
After Switch ON
wait for 1-2 hours For JIO network
after JIO got network Switch on ur data and njoy Jio services

NOTE - You can only use DATA services .....Not calling .
